Experience:
● I implemented the Change Management strategies at Colorado Access, focusing on systems and process improvements. Leveraging Prosci ADKAR assessments, I identified potential areas of resistance and collaborated with leadership to address these, fostering staff engagement and supporting a smoother transition. I worked closely with management on developing a comprehensive change communication plan and provided guidance to sustain these changes post-implementation.
